Our services include:

Day of Coordination

Full Day Coordinator 10 hours- $600

Partial Day Coordinator

7 hours- $475

5 hours- $375

• Instruct and oversee all duties of participants
• Oversee set-up
• Assist bride & maids with dressing
• Supervise all vendors and professionals (Including photographers, florist, and caterers)
• Ensure everything runs as planned
• Handle necessary payments
• Supervise entire ceremony and reception
• Attend to guests' special needs
• Create a magical wedding!

Extras
Attend Ceremony Rehearsal- $100
Overtime- $100/hr/coordinator (overtime begins after the 10th hour)

Grooms Assistant- $200 (up to 3 hours)
The Groom’s Assistant will arrive at the Grooms’ getting ready location and assist the Groom, his Family and Groomsmen with their getting ready stage and accompany them to their next location (ceremony, picture location, etc). Then they will leave the new Mr. & Mrs. in the capable hands of the lead coordinator. Some of the things we could help with would be; organizing everyone, assisting with the tuxedo's, ties, cuff links, handing out and pinning the boutonnières, etc.

2nd Coordinator- $300 (required with a bridal party larger than 18)
2nd Location Coordinator- $350
Ever hear the expression "I can be in 2 places at once"? Well, with a second coordinator, that is the absolute truth! One coordinator can help the bride and the other can coordinate with vendors, bridesmaids, your mom, etc.  

Planning

Partial Planning- If you have already booked your hall and ceremony we can help you with the rest of your vendors.

$2150- includes initial and final meeting, 5 hours of vendors meetings (you can add hours to this package), day of coordination, review of budget and rehearsal.

Full Planning- Everyone’s wedding is different; therefore there we cannot set pricing on full planning. Call us today for a free quote.
